in good working order, which is why our priority is to keep you, the
customer, happy.
To do this, we know that your office equipment needs to be repaired
promptly. With 7 factory-trained technicians on hand, it is easy for us to
be there when you need us the most. We stock over 20,000 parts for the
machines we service. Any part not in stock can be shipped overnight so you
don’t experience unnecessary down-time. We stock quality O.E.M. parts and
supplies.

If you need service or a delivery, you may leave us a message after hours
for your convenience.
FREE LOANER
In the event a customer’s machine is down for 8 hours or longer and the
customer requests a loaner machine, it will be provided at no expense.
From emergency repairs to routine preventive maintenance, we can take care
of all your service needs. Our service department travels within a
100 mile radius from Fort Smith and makes routine stops to those areas.
