Paper Jam or Wrinkling of Paper?

Standard Drawers:

1. Check the drawer guides that hold your paper in line.
Make sure they are snug against each for sides of the neatly stacked paper. Close drawer.
2. The machine will stop and the location of the jam will be indicated on the
touch panel.Leave the machine on and follow the instruction to remove the
jammed paper.

Streaks in Your Page?

Black lines on Paper:

If streaks appear on the copied paper when using the Document Feeder,
please wipe the surface of the long, narrow glass with a dry cloth or
spray Glass Cleaner DIRECTLY TO THE CLOTH. When wiping, do not use
water or neutral detergent. If does not clear the streak, please call for service.
